So, let see.
Jan 2nd was my last blog. I’m not doing such a good job at keeping this updated.

I’m going to try to fix that.

So recap, I started Weight watchers on the 2nd. That was a Saturday. We decided that wed nights would be the best for me to get to a meeting and weigh, so 4 days after I started I weighed in.
2.2 lbs loss! Not bad for 4 days.

Next weigh in was on the 13th, this one didn’t go so well. I gained .2 lbs.
I didn’t exercise at all that week, so that is probably the reason.
I didn’t do so well at sticking to the 30 day plan for Wii Active, but after that great week I had, I started back up again.
Today will be day 4, and workout 3.
Last night I weighed in again, and I guess the exercise worked, I lost 4.8 lbs!
That’s a good and bad thing, good I lost, but bad cause it means I really have to exercise.
So let’s see. My ultimate goal is 100 lbs in 2010.
As you can see by the chart, I am pretty much on target.
I will keep updating, and do better about posting.

O what a day.
Woke up this morning, and went to my first weight watchers meeting. A little boring, i have done the first meeting more than once, but it is done.
Official Weigh in: 272.0
This is the weight i will use for my ultimate goal this year.
My ultimate goal: 100 lbs in 1 year.
I figure, 1.9 lbs a week will achieve that goal. A healthy and achievable goal.

So time for mini goals.
Goal 1 set: 10% - 258.4
Wii Active 30 day Challenge.

So today, day 1 of weight watchers: tough, i don't recommend starting it on a weekend, but i knew if i didn't i would keep pushing it off. I started off strong, oatmeal for brunch, and a 6 inch roast beef sandwich for lunch. Dinner, that was another problem. We ended up going to the movie today, and while i took my own water in and did good not buying any drinks or candy, the dinner we went to after didn't go so well.
We went to outback, I had a salad, but with ranch. My wife had the mustard vinegar something, and after tasting it, i should have done that.
For the other side i did choose the broccoli over the potato, so that was good. but i then had the 14 oz new york strip. I should have stopped half way, but it tasted very very good.

So ending the day, i went over my points, but due to the overage they give for the week, i should be fine if i am good through the week.

Now day 1 of Wii Active, that started off good, but by the end it took 15 min to recover my breath. I can feel it in my legs, and in my shoulders, and 2 hours later, i feel pretty good!

So all in all, a good day. On to day number two!
